its a grey area though cos with rnb you can pretty much boycott the whole genre due to crime cos they all work with each other sing produce etc. its like t.i. with gun crime you could boycott for that but then rihanna and justin have both had recent hits with him therefore supported and made money after he was found guilty so you could boycott them for that

Anybody can make mistakes and some do really stupid things, but as long as they learn from it and become better persons and regretting what they did, I don't hold it against them.

Drugs however I do not support and it's true that it is the artists business but I don't want to contribute any money to that industry which kills millions of kids every year.

They were child erotica or pornography..... showing a sexual attraction to boys....or so the prosecution portrayed them....why the hell else would he have them?

One book, "The Boy: A photographic Essay"..... features many pictures of nude boys....... including some explicit pictures of genitalia.

In February of 2005....the Smoking gun somehow published the official and genuine pre-trial transcript of the grand jury....the court admitted it was real and wondered where they got it....the Grand Jury was a big secret with jurors often being snuck in under blankets...the court itself claims the SMOKING GUN got the real evidence....so how do you dispute that?

How do I dispute it? I've said and I'll say again I want court docs. Not links to websites. In the CB RiRi case I presented court docs to back my information up. You can give as many ''smoking gun'', ''court t.v'' links, as you like but I want court docs that MJ did this or was alleged to do it.
Until I see court docs, not smoking gun articles then your case will be valid.

It's tricky when it's just one person you are considering boycotting who is connected with a whole load of "innocent" people whose work you like.

On the subject of James Brown, I wouldn't buy any of his music, but his brief appearance in The Blues Brothers doesn't stop me from thinking it's a fantastic film and he's definitely not going to suffer from me refusing to watch it.

You presented the case, you show US the facts A.K.A Court Docs you give me those, and I'll consider boycotting MJ.
Court T.V could have followed MJ, around for all I care until they produce evidence i.e Court Docs saying you claim is ''factual'' then I'll consider them a reliable source.

But if he had child porn that would warrant a separate charge as well what he went on trial for. If they found that at his home why wasn't he convicted of possession of child pornography (let alone charged)?

If I remember correctly, it was never proved the people in the porn mags were underage, they looked young but it was never proved they were underage. I think that if they were underage MJ would have definitely been charged with possession child pornography.

IMO both families were looking for money, why else would they be more interested in MJ paying them a big sum of money instead of doing whatever they could to put him behind bars? No money would ever shut me up if my son was molested but both families were quite happy to keep it quiet in exchange for a few millions.
The latest case, the mom even went for waxing and other beauty treatments right after her son told her about the sexual abuse, and they also lied about that same kid having cancer just to get money off celebs.

Go boycott whoever you want people. HAve t it. BUt I tell you what, everyday, you will find out, that youve been loving the music of someone who did some dodgy things. Things that you dodnt know will come up, thiings that happened in the past present , future. So good luck, I hope you do a lot of research, and make sure you check all the connections and the life story of artists that you listen to.

I, however, coudnt care less about the personal lives of musicians, or even sports teams that I follow. BEcause I listen to music for the pleasure (meaning for the pure enjoyment of the music, not for the adoration of the person). And yeah, make sure you check the criminal background of all athletes in the sports that you watch, and teams you support as well. Good luck with that.
