Problems with sending a gift from the itunes store.
I bought an album as a gift for a friend from the itunes store last night. Basically you pay for the music and a link with a message is sent to their email and they retrieve the downloads.
Well on this occasion my friend did not recieve the email. I have checked my recent purchases in the itunes store and I did get an arrow next to the gift purchase which took me to a screen asking to confirm the email again. I did this and still nothing seems to have been sent. What the hell is going on? Can any one help? |
