Who do you think this could be? My initial thoughts are

It's just IMDb. Anyone can edit it. And does. If a character's announced as a series regular, quite often someone'll prematurely list their actor as being in each episode. Gareth David-Lloyd was listed for CoE Episode 5, for instance.
