Safe to say One Direction are now as big/bigger than Leona Lewis was?
they're on their way, in the right direction... but hey, leona is promoting her newest album and i'm sure liam is hoping her all the best...

I think most of the people who leave nasty comments are just tired of going on every 1D article.
Saying that, DM haven't stopped reporting on the boys for the past few months. At least 2 articles a day. Lols!

Love this bit.
How quickly did you realize that they could be huge?
(Chuckles) When they came to my house in Spain and performed, after about a millionth of a second. I tried to keep a straight face for a bit of drama for the show. I remember sitting next to this girl who I was working with. Sinitta? The second they left we jumped out of my chair and said, "These guys are incredible!" They just had it. They had this confidence. They were fun. They worked out the arrangements themselves. They were like a gang of friends, and kind of fearless as well."

really LOLing at Rolling Stone for panning 1D in their official review as "one dimensional", saying that they are "simply five pretty guys with a few decent songs and not much personality."

Read more: http://www.rollingstone.com/music/ne...#ixzz1raR9ALU8

then elsewhere, as a magazine that has to sell, they are covering the boys' amazing rise to stardom... ja ja ja!!

ouch!!

loved the Simon Cowell interview. I also really believe that the boys do have a lot of input into the music and that is why it works because they know who they are and what they want and what makes young people tick.

I hope he means it when he said about not letting them burn out

Looking at her other reviews, she seems quite a tough cookie, so not surprised.

Yet more love for the boys' guest appearance in SNL:

"One Direction on Saturday Night Live proves skeptics wrong with talent and goofy humor"

http://blogs.westword.com/backbeat/2...night_live.php

They said:
*Boy-band explosion One Direction delivered a solid appearance in what may have been one of the show's most entertaining episodes this side of 2012.

So good on One Direction for raising the bar as both the musical guest and a guest appearance. The boys follow in the success of Kelly Clarkson, Lady Gaga and Justin Timberlake as musical guests with a funny bone.*

" 'Saturday Night Live' Recap: Sofia Vergara and One Direction Deliver!"

http://www.hollywire.com/2012/04/sat...ection-deliver

They said:
*Even as a girl outside of their teen demographic, I was pretty impressed with their captivating stage presence. They had great choreography, fantastic voices and pretty darned amazing charisma.*
