But we saw pics last week of Karen Gillen crying as she had shot her final scenes...

1) Karen hasn't shot her final scenes, they're still filming. If you're referring to the pics that were in the Daily Mail with ridiculous accompanying storyline about Karen crying, those scenes are from
Spoiler

2) Where did you read the bit in your second spoiler tag?

3) What's the logical connection between Karen crying and the bit in your second spoiler tag??

4) No, I don't think there will be 2 stories with the same monster, there hasn't been before unless you count the Cybermen in series 2 recurring in the finale, and I don't see any reason for there to be...there's no evidence that Moffat's run out of ideas that badly!!

2) Where did you read the bit in your second spoiler tag?

- Tuesdays Sun and also repeated in double page spread in Todays Sun - BBC appealing for Old
Spoiler
- including the one that the Sun has - they have asked for it at the Beeb

3) What's the logical connection between Karen crying and the bit in your second spoiler tag??

- you're confused really?? They've made one story already with them in, Karen seen crying with the headline and story about her final scenes, now they're appealing for
Spoiler
for a new production. Think there is a bit of chronological order to back p my thoughts there...

How about series 1 - Dalek and then later Parting of the Ways... Hmmm

I believe nothing the Sun ever writes, sorry.

And I now see what you mean, but as has already been pointed out, Karen has not yet finished filming, and in fact they're still filming episode 1, so even if that thing in the Sun is true, I see no reason to conclude that that means there will be 2 episodes featuring
Spoiler
.

All the episodes that have previously repeated monsters - the Cyberman one I mentioned, and the Dalek one, have done so because it was an intentional part of the dramatic arc of the series, so that would be the only reason for reintroducing enemies twice in a series. And seeing as the finale won't be filmed until late summer at the earliest, I don't think anything of the sort can be read into a bit of speculation in the Sun of all places, they've got plenty of episodes to organise before then.

The first article was published yeaterday, so written on tuesday. Yesterday, Caroline Skinner tweeted that, despite receiving several generous offers, they have all the daleks they need now, and the Daleks they are using have just about finished their scenes. I do not doubt, however, the beeb's asking the Sun if their dalek could be used; it is wuite a good replica, and the actual gold dalek from day of the daleks is, i have been told, in 2 parts, owned by seperate collectors. So if the beeb ever needed a 1972 gold dalek, (which could very well be the case given what we know about episode 1 already), they have one there just waiting to be used.

As for "a bit of speculation", it is established FACT that various models of daleks, old and new, are appearing in episode 1

I meant that they were asking for more Daleks for another episode. I know full well they're in episode 1...

Fair enough. I took the story as being published a bit late, I thought it was episode 1 they were writing about

You're probably right, but I don't really keep up with what the Sun writes so I wasn't sure if they'd already written something about it previously
