I agre BJ and KAbell, he has so many faces , and his cute face is adorable , when he was asked in that Best Mag question , What is your biggest fear , his answer was Failure , he said , "I would hate to think I might not be able to do something , I like to do well and do good. I would feel so guiltyif I thought I hadnt put in everything !" and that was evident when he approached the Piano, he looked so vulnerable , and young , i was chuckling all the way though the first time I saw it ,with him holding his trousers , bless him , but I do remember thinking when he said wheres C , would that note be said as C in russian , It would be difficult for those taking part if English isnt their mother tongue , but as I dont speak any forgien language very well at all , I cant imagine how difficult it must be to think in your own ,language and react in another , if you know what i mean .

Also at about 1min 35. I love the very careful almost hidden smile he was trying so hard not to make , when told about Karen thinking they were undermarked , he looked down and shyly looked at Kara , but you could see the look in his eyes of great amusement .


When Claudia brought up the piano quiz and asked him about it , he was unsure of himself , and his first movement was to touch the side of his head , its obvious that its his stress sign,


Now as for the second cute vid , He again looked vulnerable , but not quite as much , as I reckon by that time ,they knew quite a lot about one another , the body language was so much more relaxed by both of them , Kara instinctively put her arm around him when getting a correct answer ,and he looked straight into her eyes grinning , without any caution , when she had picked out cats . Oh yes , they much as one couple by then .

Lovely to see this again, what a guy he is to think of healing sick people.....WOW. Admirable as ever. Wonder if he has any personal experience of this, I mean do we know much about Papa Chigvintsev? I often wonder why that is? We have seen Mama Anna and his brother Anton. Shouldn't be such a Nosey Parker, it would just maybe answer a few questions that's all.

I so agree with BJ. such a pleasure to see a real grown up VT , telling us how they were all getting on , about the more technical moves , with still a few amusing moment in there , but at least treating us as Adults too, instead of 5year olds , who have to be pacified to keep us happy .

Hi am ok now thanks. Although I do still feel a bit stiff in the back region. Think its an ongoing thing, flares up occasionally as had this last year. Pain not as bad as it was. Back to school Monday, urghhh. My daughter goes on 9th June to the Icy Event. Its an hour and a half on the ice with Matt and Frankie plus 29 others!!. Hope she gets one to one - from Matt - or I'll be skating on to have a word! After the ice bit we have a meet and greet in a VIP room, photos, chat etc which I cant wait for as I get to go in aswell. I dont know whose looking forward to it more, her or me!!!!!

It was a lovely touch from him , he really is a great human being , he may be strict in his job , but not unkind , or rude to people who are intrusive at times , and very genuine and decent .

i have wondered about his fathers situation, as we dont hear much of him , he did once say when he was young his father who was an engineer did not get paid for six months even though he worked still , as there was no money to pay his wages , when the communist gov fell. and when talking about Marriage he remarked his parents were still married after all these years , and that was the kind of marriage he wanted , as well. so it would seem he was still alive . but as you say , it only because of affection , that makes us know that things are going well for his family , and for things that make him happy .but we have no right really his family are not in the public eye, and have a right to privicy ,

I agree but I was just pondering what in his life has made Artem into the kind, caring, genuine guy he is today. I would be the last one to pry into his private life, its just fascinating to get these little snippets from Artem himself.
