Farage getting told.

Big. Time.

EDIT: But he'll ignore a professional working in the housing sector and continue to believe it happens every where and all the time. And so will his supporters.

I just have no interest in hearing what Diane has to say. I only have it on BBC for This Week. Everyone on this panel has been truly and utterly pathetic, and they are a disgrace to politics.

Possible new world record time for Farage in blaming immigratiion for a shortage of housing. Thankfully several people who have direct experience in the field have exposed his false claims.

To be fair to Diane Abbot she has been in politics a long time. She was first elected in 1987 - first balck member to be so along with Bernie Grant

Grayline - wasn't it another silver spoon jobbie with him

So millions of immigrants in the last few years have have caused no pressure on housing?

interesting about housing in London, its vertually impossible to get a decent 1 bed flat in zone 1 or 2 for less than £300k.

I think your supposed to show solidarity and live the lifestyle your proscribing for everyone else. For example journalists and politicians who champion multiculturalism, should live in Tower Hamlets and not Hampstead.

Good for you

Doesn't affect anything I said in my posts, given I never gave any opinion of my own and merely relayed something that is in the public domain.

For me, Diane's opening comments on the recession where brilliant, bang on and never heard it put so well by any MP since the credit crunch happenned. She got a massive round of applause for it too and the last time I heard an applause like that was during the 92-97 parliament where Labour MP's often got appaluses like that in their onslaught against the then Tory Government who where just as arrogant as this one, phew! Need to take a breath. The things I do for you!

Dear Mr Milliband. Chris Grayling lined up for QT. Please provide a Labour equivalent.

It's virtually impossible to got a one bed flat in the centre of most world cities for less than £300k.

I'm not sure he had his facts straight, but something is amiss if something like 43% of people in council housing in my borough were not born in the UK.

I guess it would help to know the general makeup of the 500 Newham families they're hoping to offload on Stoke.
