Salvage Hunters

I watch Drew Pritchard run his business on this show which is, essentially, a british version of the more superior US show American Pickers, and the canadian show Cash Cowboys. It is interesting to be able to spot the differences in how pickers in different countries haggle and manage to buy old goods.

I missed the first programme of the new series last week on Quest.

Is there any chance it might be repeated?

Nah, you know what Quest are like. If you don't catch a show on it's first showing then it's gone forever!

I don't get why Drew doesn't move to a more central location?

I estimate that about half his journeys are totally unnecessary. If he moved he would not only save half his travel expenses but also half of his very valuable time.

The only reason I can think of why he would want to spend so much time on the road is that it keeps him away from Rebecca?

Didn't like the first part of the Norwegian journey, it played more like a travelogue than a reality show. Second part was much better, we actually saw some interesting furniture.
