Was Tuesday's ep the last in the current series? Is it not back on tv on Tuesday? I'm sure they showed clips at the end for next week's show, didn't they? If that was the last episode i'm gutted! Was so looking forward to next week's show. It's always a pleasure to watch this show, i'm going to miss it.

It has already been said that they are seen individually, they have to wait anything from 40mins to 2 hours to see the seller, Emma confirmed this in her chat.
But they would know the filming order and wouldn't re-dress the set constantly for each seller..and the show makes out its 4 seperate rooms because of the 4 doors but it clearly isn't really..I did know a room had 4 walls funnily enough

I don't think it would make any sense for it to be the same room redressed.

I got a bit annoyed that there was so much macabre items being offered.
Unusual items are interesting but the mermaid, hangman's noose and the death mask were horrible and I wouldn't have paid 1p for them.
The programme is purely about money and greed.

Old news now I know, but I quite liked this diagnosis of the slight cluelessness and bad tactics of some of the people who went on there.

I love the show. Can't wait for another series .

Ah, this is finally back!

No Emma Hawkins though.

Still, if Anneka Rice is joining Phil Jupitus and the aging Dr Who on there, I'll probably still tune in.

The Americans have picked up this show's format, called "Final Offer" it has the same basic format of people trying to sell their rare object(s) to four different dealers where they pick the dealers in order and when they leave the room the offer is gone.

But oddly for an American show where lots of money is involved (hundreds of thousands for one item so far) it appears more 'friendlier' as after a deal is done there's a lot more discussion between the seller and the dealers, unlike the editing of Four Rooms where the dealers coldly tell how much they would have offered and the seller it shown to almost immediately walk out of the building.

For me, this is completely normal for an american show. Americans always love 'the story' or 'the journey' of someone or something.

Usually shown with a lot of soft filter and light classical music in the background.
