It's only a few days away now so what are you hoping is announced?

For me:
Professor Layton and the Mask of Miracles (please)
Paper mario 3ds
Luigi's mansion 2
Some sort of new zelda ( needs to be non-linear, have cuccoos and a few towns, I miss that in the zelda series)

Any others?

- A 3DS Zelda, from what I've gathered from Eiji Aonuma, we're due to have one late this year/early next year.
- Confirmation on New Super Mario Bros. Wii U and 3DS.
- Details on Paper Mario 3DS
- Details on Luigi's Mansion 2
- Details on more decent 3DS Virtual Console titles (i.e: Oracle of Seasons/Ages)
- Details on Pikmin 3
- And Obviously deets on the Wii U

I completely forgot about the 3ds zelda but should be amazing as playing ocarina of time on the 3ds was so refreshing and having new areas to explore in that style then it should be a good one.

F-Zero Wii U, would be my standout request. I hope that gets announced

I also would like to to see a 3DS Lite announced (that's lighter, with dual pads incorporated and superior battery), but I doubt that'll happen this year, as the main thrust is on the Wii U launch

In all honesty I just want strong, good calibre games to be announced. I think Nintendo know this E3 is of massive importance, so i'm sure they'll deliver.

Considering the 3DS only launched last year, I doubt we'll see a revised version so soon, especially as Nintendo want the main focus this year to be on the Wii U.

We'll probably hear of an annoucement at next year's GDC with them teasing of more info at next year's E3 regarding the 3DSlite.

Yeah i highly doubt we'll see it this year, although the DS lite launched only 16 months after the DS (in Japan). The 3DS is already 15 months old, so its in the realms of possibility.

Yeah!! That slipped my mind. That is info we need!!

Hopefully they'll do a new version of the virtual console for the Wii U that will add GCN content, and the 3DS get GBA content added also.

Aside from the inevitable Mario/Zelda games, I'd love to see sequels to: (3DS or Wii U, not fussy)

Star Fox (in desperate need of a new game)
Metroid Prime 4
F-Zero (full Nintendo developed sequel to F-Zero X)
Pilotwings
1080
Donkey Kong Country Returns 2
Wave Race

As I understand it there will be some brand new franchises announced though.

Also have my fingers crossed for a new Wii-U/3DS Okami game, very unlikely though heh.

Definitely some more information on Luigi's Mansion 2
Some Pokémon Black and White 2 English information
Mario Kart 7 DLC to add a VS. Mode would be very welcome.

Is that the sequel to 999? I don't know whether it could be released here seeing as the first never was but it was a really good game considering I don't like all that gore and violence so I hope it does get released here otherwise our best bet is the psvita.

Animal Crossing. It's been 2 years since the first screenshots appeared at e3 and there's been very little info since. I only bought a 3DS for this game and my patience is running out!

Wikipedia has AC 3DS as Q3 this year, though the source is a page of Nintendo Power that obviously I can't check.

Animal Crossing will be out in the Autumn for Japan at least. I think Nintendo confirmed that in their last Nintendo Direct - but I don't think a Western release was confirmed.

I'm looking forward to seeing pretty much anything that Nintendo has up its sleeve for Wii U and 3DS. I just hope that we see some completely new IPs, on the same scale as Zelda or Metroid - which after Skyward Sword and Other M, could miss a generation without being missed.

Although I didn't care much for Xenoblade, it'd be brilliant to see what Monolith Soft have been working on. After seeing a bunch of samey shooters at the Microsoft conference, I'd love to see Nintendo show off a new JRPG.
