Was watching Daybreak the other day... and Paul McCartney appeared on it, happened to mention Oasis in the comparison that was made during the 90s. Respect his talent and what he's achieved, but he really has gone senile down the years... though i'm glad he could still see some sort of sense.

He pretty much said of One Direction "They will never be on the same level as us" in a nice way.

Noel was on BBC4 yesterday in an hour interview.

If anyone is interested, Noels been playing an unreleased song in some of his soundchecks.

Luckily, someone managed to record the sound from outside the building in Mexico.

He was saying how Noel was playing it safe the other day. Beady Eye aren't exactly groundbreaking lol.

I understood that one... and that's exactly my thought, neither do anything real special. Decent tunes, but nothing as you say groundbreaking. Didn't have a clue what he was talking about when it came to Lee Mavers, from what I understand the bloke doesn't like either of them though.

Roll on Oasis 2015 Hopefully are some stage we get a Knebworth DVD.

Noel updated his blog today.

"Yes comrades.

You might have guessed we've had a few days off. Back in London. Very nice it was too.

So . . . where were we? Santiago? Don't remember much about the gig. I'm sure it was stunning.

To be honest I was on cloud 9 after the football. I don't remember much at all. You'll know by now that we (Manchester City) pulled it off. In the most dramatic scenes ever witnessed. What a rollercoaster. We had it, we lost it, we got it back, we lost it again and right at the death we won it.

I went ****ing mental and I don't mind telling you I might have lost it for a little bit.

I must have watched it a hundred times since and it's still blowing me away every time.

Anyway . . . oh yeah!! When we got to the gig that night just before we was about to go onstage my tour manager stuck her head round the door and says "the British ambassador is outside and wants to see you!!"

"What for?"

"He wants to congratulate you on Man City winning the league!!"

**** me eh?? Manchester City . . . the pride of Great Britain? Who'd have thought . . . .

You find me back in Japan. Got a little tour and a couple of tv things to do. Then a little jib over to Korea (the south . . . obviously . . . as much as I've tried that northern mob have remained immune to my charms . . . cloth eared communist ****ers!) where for the first time ever I will spend my birthday onstage!!!!!! Mad that innit?

ONWARDS.

GD."

Noel is at it again Apparently this time he's offended the girlband AKB48 from Japan... absolutely bizarre yet hilarious.

I've no idea how they came to the conclusion he was being racist.

He does seem to talk alot of sense, especially when it comes to focus grouped music. Alot of musicians were tweeting his interview after, his rants in between the points make it even more amusing.

Noel turned down Strictly in reports... should bloody think so, he's not a z-lister.

He also said there's a DVD out at Christmas of the HFB tour.

Beady Eye also back in studio recently, expect details on album around July. Also, pics doing rounds of Bonehead being in Barcelona with Liam at the Roses gig

If anyone is interested, Noel is to release Everybodys On The Run as a single on the 6th August... I personally thought it should've been the first single.

Makes sense to release at that time as he's in the UK to promote it around then.

I agree that should've been the first single. I think that's my favourite song from the album.

Most of the videos have been abit baffling to be honest, I think Noel hates music videos though... so they usually just ask him "Can you sit there and stare out of the window?"

I'm really glad Noel is doing so well. And I'm always on youtube to see his latest interviews, always love hearing him talk about basically anything lol I'd like a reunion but I'm glad they're just doing their own thing at the moment. Noel has sort of hinted him and Liam have already talked so don't think relations are as bad as they were. I only got to see them once in 05, but at least I can say I got to see them and they were on very good form. It was their first night at the Eithad stadium.

05 was one of their better years. Liam's vocals were not too bad then either, think Beady Eye taking time on this one... They got a right slating after Noels album went number 1.

He does,

did you have the DVD that came with 'time flies' where he did a commentary on each video? - that was very funny,

Just caught up with it on record - amazing set, and I'm glad he's still doing oasis songs to a great quality

Only DVD I got is Don't Believe The Truth... the commentary from the whole band on it was hilarious

Hopefully we get a Knebworth DVD one day, I think Sony hold all the rights though, if we ever get one it'll be 2015
