Today's Neighbours(11/01)

Todays episode of Neighbours was the worst i have ever seen. Who the f*ck are the Wiggles and why did they take up 70% of the show?

I wonder if the Wiggles really do provide children's entertainment in Australia. It would be like the Tweenies making a guest appearance in EastEnders or Corrie.

If they do, then kids tv in Oz must be pretty shite.

Of course, the Wiggles wouldn't be the first use of cross-promotion in Neighbours; I remember some obscure Aussie boyband playing a gig in Ramsay Street, with Flick Scully appearing in one of their videos in return.

What is the point in dedicating half an epsiode of a soap to kids characters that aren't even real? If EastEnders or corrie did something like that, I'm sure people wouldn't be impressed! What do you think viewer response would be if you tuned into an episode of EastEnders and Bob The Builder or someone like that was making a guest appearence?
