Too abstract for you?

Anyway, done. Not really anymore to say on this until he does what he says he's intending to do.
The troops in Afghanistan are still waiting for a visit and I haven't heard about a release date, or the charity that will get support, for the song Robin Gibb gave to PA.

And thanks for the earlier info about the charitable foundations. It's good to know that the money does get to the people who need it.

A celeb reception for children in need and promoting the lack of kids literacy skills because he had some books to flog

What's the relevance of the links? The literacy drive thing came about as a result of a couple of ghost written pre-schooler Ladybird books he was promoting! Surely you're not suggesting that PA partaking of a self-serving media op with Boris the Clown makes him into someone of infuence?

I would have thought underlining and emboldening made it obvious enough. Alas no.

Someone getting into Number 10 is not the same as have a deep and meaningful about government policy, is it? It also doesn't mean that Dave is an Andre fan. Nor does it mean that Pa has any more right to discuss government policy than the rest of us.

Amy Child has met Dave, let's hope she isn't discussing how to run things with him.

Clearly.
I still don't see how the links you posted illustrate why a z-list orange-faced twunt feels entitled to grant the PM an audience with him.

What seems obvious to me is that you don't seem to have a point since your links, as I and others have pointed out, fail to explain why you think PA might have some influence at No.10.

If you have a point, why not explain it rather than direct sarcastic remarks at other posters?

Waiting or dreading it? There's probably not much that can really scare them, but what if he'd start singing or something

OK I've got it.
PA's ghost writer cobbled together a god-awful children's book.
PA needed publicity for said book.
PA and Boris read 'The Gruffalo' to a group of bewildered looking children.
PA and the fat controller stood outside 10 Downing Street with an umbrella.
PA is now an influential and important voice in the fight against cancer.
How thick am I? It's so obvious when you really concentrate isn't it?

We already have cures for cancer. Its in the shape of chemo and radiotherpy. Of course the cancer needs to be caught early for treatment to be successfull however but is a common misconception cancers cannot be cured because they can and are.

What we need are pervention vaccins to stop cancer cells from being able to develop. That needs to be an area where more investigation is funded.

I'm sure they have more important things to concentrate on but don't let a pop at Peter stop you As for the rest well give it time and take a pop when it doesn't happen maybe, patience is a virtue

I am pretty certain that there was no intention of insulting the troops, or implying otherwise, Amber.

Pa should really try to keep to the promises he chucks out when he is promoting his "music".

I'm sure there wasn't AC, I must confess I was probably influenced by the outcome of the FOI on the chicken investigation, which hasn't materialised as yet (or have I missed that?)
And yes if the charity for Robin doesn't happen when he releases (that hasn't happened either has it?) singles?? album??

If he really cared he would switch those stupid cameras off and donate money to a reputable cancer charity. His brother is not the first nor will he be the last to suffer from cancer.

Pete is trying to capitalise from this unfortunate event

Shame on him

I genuinely have no idea what two thirds of this means? The third I do understand is you saying that you knew that was no malice against the soldiers, which is good.

Not sure why you would imply there is, though. It's not their fault Pa hasn't bothered to follow through one of his promises.

Didn't he do a gig for army wives and girlfriends as this is what the military commanders or was it the wives and girlfriends requested at the time.
