Its possible as apparently something major happens to Brendan that he wont be able to come back from and will be the thing that causes him to change.

Really? I don't think that was the intent, there's alot of difference between being racist and writing what the poster did - in my opinion anyway. I'll let the poster speak for himself but it didn't particuarly bother me, I could have done without it though.

I don't think he did either. But that's not the point.

The point is that the poster used the term 'Scottish' in a derogatory way, he could have called Joel an annoying idiot or something to that extent but he didn't and that is really telling on what he thinks of Scottish people.

Thanks for understanding me though, I just hate it when people from other parts of the world belittle us. I really don't intend to cause conflict but I feel inclined to defend my country. But thank you regardless.

can't be racist, Scottish isn't a racial category. Neither do I consider it to be in any way offensive to the Scots. There is no suggestion that Joel is an idiot because he is Scottish. The poster claims that Joel is Scottish and an Idiot - both words used as adjectives and both true. He is clearly both Scottish and an idiot, but neither description is interdependent.

Well as far as I know Hollyoaks Later hasn't been filmed yet but is starting soon (as in any day now) so it would make sense. But I really don't know for sure so correct me if i'm wrong.
