I don't mind the cover...but I think there is more focus on Perrie there.

Some mixers are not happy with the cover on twitter though!

And not many posters use the appreciation thread anymore

Just to show my point so I dont look deluded, here are the 3 comparisons. All I did was take their exact image and cut and paste alongside, no shrinking. I approximated the cropping on Perrie. Compare the chin to hairline area. Its things like this that are insidious and frankly if this is how they are going to be managed I wouldnt blame the other 3 down the road if they get pissed off.

As for not posting in Appreciation Threads, I have a few reasons. Mainly, I want the latitude to be critical and not just rainbows and unicorns. Also I think main forum posts get more eyeballs. And lastly, I used to just see a lot of posts advertising for another fansite and thats a little rude to me since we are posting on the Digital Spy website. It would be like bringing your own food into a restaurant and not ordering.

Not a fan of the book cover either. There are a few 'awkwardnesses' about it.
1. Perrie and Leigh-Anne's photos look like magazine covers while Jade and Jesy's look like snapshots.
2. Jade looks .... strange. She doesn't really look like her in that photo. And why her photo is in black and white is beyond me.

Leigh-Anne and Jesy both look good, but when you put all four individual photos together, it just doesn't feel right.

I think part of the reason the Jade photo looks so different besides the obvious B&W (and cmon people, its not even shot primarily as a B&W, it looks like a conversion) is that its the only one with a background. Its not only distracting from her, but the others are on white which makes their heads stand out more.

I'm really not happy with their Art Dept. so far. The cover also looks cluttered because of the 4 logos/title competing on it.

Jesys picture stands out to me most. I don't like jades or perries at all.

Yeah I hadnt seen them after the Brits. I just think she's stunning enough to not need something that isnt her. Thats why I like her back to her own hair color (we'll overlook those massive weaves).

They are taping for the Red or Black performances tomorrow and Thurs. The Applause Store had tickets for seating.

Their manager also tweeted earlier that she had "nervous butterflies". Nice pun there.

I wonder if their team is expecting someone to "leak" some phone pics or video onto social media for some free buzz.

According to the taping schedule Red or Black is tonight to Friday night this week at 6:30. Obviously they didnt perform tonight since they were at their management's party so could it be tomorrow night? I want to see some sneaky pics.

Odd though. You'd think they would have performed in front of a studio audience.
