They had serious chemistry in The Rum Diaries, but she does have a girlfriend (or did last time I read about her) so maybe it's not true.

But he did take her on a trip to Vegas by private jet after their film and the promo commitments were over. Then a few weeks later Depp and Paradis announce their split.

We'll find out sooner or later. But a 14 year relationship with kids is more likely to break up because of a third party than because they decide they aren't in love anymore.

Think maybe old Jonny is having a bit of a mid life crisis. He is starting to look a bit of a mess and has that spaced out look about him too. Doesnt seem very happy in the last few photos I've seen of him and maybe the old adage of "when a man looses his family - he looses his stability" applies to him too. Think he may struggle over the next few years.

It is sad though as they did seem a really together and genuinely happy couple who didnt seem to need the trappings of fame.

Johnny Depp was a bad boy until he had children, wasn't he? I hope he won't go back to old ways. Settling down with Vanessa really seemed to bring out the best in him. Then again, who knows what goes on behind closed doors.

Nothing is forever and the temptation of wealth and Celeb status makes it more easy. In a way they have done well to last so long and apparently so well. Sad to see them split, hope they can resolve things amicably and stay friends.

Pretty sure the soundbites are from yonks ago when The Rum Diaries came out. As if her publicist would let her say all that now and never mind that but none of it is in the context of an interview or anything. Eurgh, Daily Mail 'journalists' getting paid to fabricate 'stories' as usual.

They probably want to make a villain out of Amanda Heard for being the other woman, since the whole paper/website is more or less based around the Mail's hatred of females.
