Yes, Dannii never wanted to perform on X Factor as she wanted to keep it about her acts and not her self.....but damn...she should of done this haunting version of 'All I wanna do' on the X Factor.

People need to look at Dannii singing live (8 times per week) as well in the sell-out show, Notre Dame de Paris in the West End. Stunning performances which she had critical acclaim for with nothing but great reviews in the 5 months that she was there... In fact she won the Critics award for best singer/actress. Louis Walsh who??? The show was about to close until they got her on board.

you keep saying that, but i doubt that was really the case. it was probably more to do with not being asked to perform. after all, her label released material during her first judging stint on the x factor. so realistically, i cant imagine she wanted those releases to under perform.

i do agree though that her vocals are good in that video.

Simon and Dannii both confirmed that she was asked to perform her single ' touch me like that', but she said no numerous times. The song would of been an easy top 5 for Dannii, but she did not promote the track at all...hence it sadly flopped.

She stated that she is a judge and that the show is not about her, but I think the real reason she did not want to perform was because of Louis and Sharon.

Can you imagine the stick she would of gotten from these two at the time...especially if she made errors in some of the vocal areas.

did they? i wasn't aware of that. to be honest, i think she should have just gone for it and she only sabotaged herself really. instead, she sidelined herself to promotional interviews on loose women.

who cares about what sharon thought anyway? her opinion didn't count for much with the public and as it turned out sharon bad mouthed her anyway.

I have to agree with this. She should have used the X Factor like everyone else has done.
