Rumour; FF7 coming to PC

I've been following this on Steam Forum, the rumour has now made it's way onto DS;

FF7 on PC

I remember playing this back in the day, i was only a wee nipper, i couldn't even get past the first boss <_<

Now i am alittle more intelligent (no jokes please) i will look forward to returning to this game.

It was already on the PC, its a re-release with the pointless feature of a cheat system for people who get stuck... Don't think there is one time where such a feature is needed frankly and achievements, which will only be a good thing if two of them are beating Emerald and Ruby Weapon without using the cheat system, otherwise pointless.

FF7 on PC was pretty buggy at release. Must have spent a hundred hours playing the PC version. But I never really took to jRPGs in general.

Scratched my copy and never replaced it.

I was trying to beat Sephiroth at the time.

Completed 8, 9, 10, 10ii but never got the newer ones. Thought that would change with 13 but just not got the time I used to.

FFVII, FFVIII and FFX are so good that they've ruined RPGs for me. Just not the same anymore.

all about the mods on the pc version, so many out there from graphical updates, a complete redo of NPC models, revised and new bosses and 'hardcore' mods to ramp up the difficulty and make the entire game very tricky. well worth the effort for those who enjoyed it first time around. Applying the mods is hellish though for the uninitiated.
