got 30 meg free upgrade but still getting 10 meg
Called virgin media and they said they would upgrade me to 30 meg and send me a super hub but when i do a speed test still showing 10 meg with the new super hub when I called them they said that I am on 30 meg am confused ....

Can take 24 hours or so to filter through the virgin system. Also do the speed test with a Ethernet cable as I found some of my older laptops without n WiFi could only handle 10 meg.
