Any official plans to commemorate Diana's 15th anniversary?

Could do with another public holiday...

Not a chance. Considering it happened near the end of August and we all ready have one there, and it isnt as if she was Queen or anything.

Not even a public service of remembrance?

After all the £millions donated to the Diana Fund, there doesn't seem any lasting legacy apart from that stupid fountain/drain

You're obviously a fan but I think Royalists are focusing more on Kate now

No doubt "The Diana Years" will be repeated for the 96th time.

I liked Diana but there comes a time when you have to let go I'm sure her family will have their own private thoughts on that day

15 isn't a particularly special number anyway. Just let it (and her) go.

Diana dead? Oh no. How? When? Why weren't we told?
I need to find a garage quickly so i can tie a bunch of half dead carnations to a lamp post where it happened with a note of condolence and a candle.

Pretty expensive travelling to Paris to stick a bunch of flowers to a concrete post in a tunnel I think you'll find.

Whilst I was a big Diana fan time to move on I think her family will be remembering her but it would not be appropriate for a public remembrance service.

There should be. She was our beautiful princess of hearts. Right now she's up in heaven playing table tenns with Jade.

I thought the country had gone stark raving bonkers when she died and anyone who commemorates the Anniversary in a mawkish way needs some help.

God help us! And worse, his boring wife would probably stand beside him with a (false) tear in her eye.

Can we not start a fund to ship the Blairs to the Falklands?

I'd like to think the Diana obsession is over. They had a big thing for the 10th anniversary, does every milestone need to be marked? I don't see why it does, personally.
