built in webcam on Acer Laptop
I have a problem with the webcam, it sometimes opens with a message that the webcam is not connected. I went to Acer website and they checked the installed drivers and said everything was ok. Any ideas, please.

How about going in to device manager, uninstalling the webcam, rebooting the computer and let Windows reinstall it?
