Turtle Beach X12 Headset Problem
I purchased a set of these last week and upon using them for the first time they worked perfectly and the sound quality was terrific.
I simply plugged the set into the headphone socket at the back of my television and that was it. They were very simple to set-up. However, upon using them for a second time, there is now a low buzzing sound when I connect the headset to the USB port and the sound from the game is very low indeed. I cannot seem to figure out what the problem is. Has anyone else experienced this before? I just can't fathom what the problem is as they were working perfectly first time around. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks. |

Do you use a "play and charge kit" while using your headset ?. as sometimes it can cause a humming/buzzing sound.

I had some buzzing at first. I increased the volume on the TV which meant I could decrease the volume control on the Turtle Beaches and that got rid of the buzz.

The only problem I have with my headset (x41's) is the popping and crackling that happens at times but I think that's something to do with my wireless N router
