Sorry i had no idea what part of the forum i should post this in
But is thr any Tom and Jerry boxsets that has the episodes uncut ? I have seen a few but most of them look like they have all been cut and edited for the pc brigade

There is a 2 disc set that was released in America last year called 'Tom & Jerry Golden Collection: Volume One'.This set contains the first 37 cartoons of the Tom & Jerry series.The cartoons cover the 1940-1948 period.According to the majority of amazon reviews all 37 cartoons are uncut & un edited.

Your dvd player would have to be multi region to play this.The set is also available on blu-ray which is region free.

I haven't seen any boxsets with uncut episodes but this is the one I bought last year:
