Probably just KP expecting to get pregnant straight away and when she didn't, blaming Alex. Unfortunately, it's not a straightforward process where the first time you have IVF a viable pregnancy magically happens. People who do get pregnant via IVF often have to go through several implantations before having a sucessful pregnancy. I suspect that KP didn't understand the reality of IVF treatment and instead sought to blame Alex.

I think, if anything, she wasn't being derogatory about children, but she was being insensitive about parents.

I can't stand the woman, but I don't think for a minute she would intentionally be unkind about disabled children. It's easy to say she should think but that won't happen because it doesn't occur to her that she could ever be wrong.

The word "mollycoddle" applys to Katie, she is spoilt, pampered and indulged by all around her for the indeviduals personal gain (not making excuse for her) When you have people like this around you and not being pulled up, your led to beleive all you say and do is ok. she keeps acting in the way she does then when brought to task about something by those outside the world she has, she starts voicing she feels picked on and that she can not understand why she is receiving the backlash.

Katie is not all bad, she makes mistakes like we all do just hers are on the public stage so gets scrutinised more. it is in her best interest that she takes responsibility, to listen and learn but not from those that have an invested interest in her. Oh and grow up she is rather immature for her age.
