Oh Ruth , I'm disappointed.

While it isn't terrible, it's generic nothing we haven't heard before but no twist to make it stand out, and it's very repetitive and not in a good way. It's lacking a hook, something that sticks in your head, obviously their fans will love it (or at least pretend to) but I can't see it getting them any new fans.

Actually I liked them in week 2 of XF, they were good that week, then Tulisa failed in week 3 and cheated with the theme.

I kinda like it.

One niggling thing, it's all about how noone can hurt them or bring them down, but then there's a random line near the end aiming the lines at a boy? It's a tiny, tiny thing, and doesn't ruin the song, just doesn't seem to fit in. Like they had a small gap they wanted noise in so put it in and it confuses the song slightly.

Not as strong a release single as Sound of the Underground though, so Girls Aloud needn't worry about their reunion being overshadowed by another girl group.

I have to say, I'm a bit disappointed. I'm going to listen to it a few more times before completely writing it off, but on first listen, I'm not overly impressed.

I agree with the poster who says that it sounds like a demo. My main problem with the track is that the production on the song sounds half finished. The lyrics are a bit cheesy and cliche, and it makes me worry that the girls are going to be used only as some kind of "anti-bully" campaign. Don't get me wrong, I like the message, but they'll only ever go so far if everything release has a moral message behind it.

My only other complaint really is that the song lacks a hook. It's been around 10 minutes since I listen to it, and apart from the "wings are made to flyyyyyyyyyyyy" part, I don't particularly remember how the rest of it went. That might change once I've heard it again though.

On the plus side, I think they all sound great on it, and I'm sure it'll be a hit. I would never write the girls off based on one track, but I really hope that the next thing they release is better.

It's actually boy'd haha. It's a slang word means you're embarassed/insulted i.e 'You just got boy'd'

I don't think the song is instant the first time, but it grows on you. Well it did for me.

It really frustrates me when people call it generic/pop shit because they couldn't be more wrong. I can't compare this to anything in the charts which makes me really proud of the girls because they've found their sound.
