Simon Cowell has announced that there will be 2 hosts on X Factor USA and that they have approx 5 potential candidates for the job.

The names which have been mentioned are Raven Symone and Chad Michael Murray. Raven could now be a major possibility as Sister Act The Musical has finished its run on broadway, and is not coming back.
Smallville actors Tom Welling and Kristin Kreuk have also been mentioned as having a role as hosts of X Factor.
However today 2 names have been mentioned who could also be in the running for the show. They are Hannah Montana Actress Emily Osment and singer songwriter Jesse McCartney who co-wrote Bleeding Love for Leona Lewis.

He said he wants people who haven't had previous hosting experience. I think its another ploy to get people to watch the first episode, as they won't have seen what they were previously like.
