I'm rubbish at predicting these things but at the moment I fancy Adam to win.

I never really care who wins, it's the least interesting aspect of the show for me. I'm not sure why a series should be stopped if it has an obvious winner though. Pete was nailed on to win BB7 but for many people it was still one of the best series. Conversely the relative surprise of Belo winning didn't make BB8 any less crap.

He seems to be more meek rather than "nice" per se.
He bottles up his grievances and then has a strop.

The last week is always a borefest anyhow, it would be virtually unwatchable with LukeA, Adam,Lauren and Deana left.

That situation would never happen as even in the final week there would be no fewer than 5 housemates.

It is usually but bizarrely enough after the quad eviction the last week of BB11 was surprisingly good - which was reflected in a sharp rise in the viewing figures.

As for Luke A - well he seems nice enough but he's not done anything remotely entertaining or memorable so far imo. Maybe he's still to come in to his own yet and may fare better when there are less HMs. So far he just seems to loaf about the smoking area, go to the DR to bitch about Luke S or act as blankfaced background filler.

A lot of things can change in the end-game when there's not many left.

I see Scott as a possible contender as he seems to moving slightly away from the bitchier groups. We haven't seen much of his personality yet, but he may be one of those "journey" types.

The groups may start to mix a bit more with Lydia gone and the dynamics may change completely. Luke A be more involved and we may either like or dislike him more.

Lauren could be the default winner too. Pretty girls do sometimes win. I think it's still quite an open game.

I don't understand all the stuff about him 'always being in the smoking area'. They have to be somewhere, so everyone is either in the bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroom, the living area or the garden. None of these places seem to be any better than any other place.

I would be interested if some of those people who are moaning about him not 'doing anything' could suggest who they do think is a dynamite housemate and what they have 'done'.

Obviously we don't all watch BB with the same tastes. What I like best is to watch someone I find genuinely likeable and see how he or she reacts to the ups and downs of the house. This creates what you might call a human interest story, which is what makes the show worth watching. I would not watch it for five minutes to see Luke S and ashleigh's 'romance' because I find it absolutely deadly dull, or to watch Sheivonne ranting at Becky, ditto, or to watch Sara telling Arron whether he is good looking; I don't find any of them interesting as people, so I can't bring myself to care much about what they do.

When, I see things like this I am totally put off Luke A !!
As much as like as I like the fact that he isn't nasty to people. He lacks any back bone !!

He is also not above bitching about people behind their backs. He was smiling and talking to Deana and then later in a conversation with Adam and Lydia he made faces when talking about Deana suggesting she was boring .
They have chosen to word that tweet in order to get a reaction like this out of people who are on the side of the 'outsiders'. Is he to ignore Conor entirely, like a child at school with people his friends don't like? I actually admire the attitude of those who will converse with anyone in the house rather than sticking to little gangs and cliques.

We can only go on what we see on the HLs and it seems he only ever gets involved in conversations when in small huddles at the smoking area - in other rooms he tends to blend into the background, like he's an extra with a non-speaking role. Perhaps this is because he doesn't like talking in large groups so hangs about the smoking area for one-to-ones/smaller numbers ? Regardless, he never seems to shows any kind of emotion at points when all the HMs are gathered together for tasks, announcements, meals etc. He's just there; mute and blankfaced.

I'm sure as a fan you are dying for him to be shown being wildly interesting and entertaining and you are willing for this to happen in any location other than the smoking pit.

No, I'm happy. He certainly isn't loud when they are all together, but his valiant, vulnerable, very human reactions to things in the house have been a highlight since the beginning. I can't even begin to say how much I prefer to watch him, Adam, Lauren and whoever else is there chatting in the smoking area than the two attempts at pretending that there is a 'romance', one tepid and the other beyond freezing.

Well Deana was an absolute runaway winner according the usually reliable TIB pool a few days ago ...

At this point I'd rather anyone else win but luke a and I thought the OP was refering to luke s initially luke a's niceness is a front to get to the prize money the luke s
hasn't done enough wrong to be considered nasty but I think luke a sees him as threat that just wont go away
I'm not sure who is really loved by the public at this point and I dont trust the bookies odds ! but here's hoping luke a gets shown the door soon!

Oh purleese.

Luke A is talking to Conner because the little clique he was part of has disintegrated because the public didn't like any of them.

Lose your bitching buddies and it's either sit in silence or talk to those you were bitching about.

See through tactics..
