Yup, Apple are doing quite nicely.
Like any company they serve their owners, the shareholders the best they see fit. I don't see how the Spotlight index comes into the Nexus ban, but most of the media cannot quite fathom why, what and where. |

If the US judgement goes a similar way, it will teach them both a lesson, and maybe we can get back to a race to innovate and make the best products, rather than a race to acquire patents and sue each other in as many countries as possible.
