Obscure USB connection

Hi. I couldn't really think which forum to post in, so I'm trying here. I have lost the USB cable to connect one of my small digital cameras to a computer/laptop. The camera is a GE C1033. It came with the necessary cable, but I can't find it any more. Trouble is it was a rather unusual cable. One end is the usual one which slots into a PC. But the other end was much smaller, though neither a mini USB (which many digital cameras come with) nor a micro USB (which is used by many smartphones). I have been googling till kingdom come for specs on the camera but all I can find are one for sale at different prices. I need to identify the 'small' USB end (which connects with the camera) before I can go out and get another. Anyone here care to tell me what it's called?

This would seem to be the one:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/ABC-Products...dp/B001IAC9YG/

Seems cheap enough too.

Looks a lot like mini USB to me.

it's still cheap though despite the sneeky way they're priced it as £0.01p for the cable (a trick many ebayers do to get around ebay sellers costs)

the other option is, assuming the camera has a removable SD memory card, is to plug the SD card into an SD reader. These cost about £3 from Amazon incl del.

The manual does appear to mention a "USB2.0/AV-OUT (Integrated Proprietary Connector)".

However, it also mentions that it takes "SD Card/SDHC Card (Up to 16GB support)".

Just get yourself an SD card and / or reader then you won't be tied to using their cable (unless you use the internal 8Mb of memory).
