Good call Ken, I'll start by asking which supermarket sells the best Brie. Sainsburys Cornish Brie is bootifull.

I like camenbert especially baked...
I got a nice simple recipe

take 1 round of camenbert (in a wooden package)
take all the paper off and cut in half
put some slices of garlic and a few leaves of thyme in the middle
replace the top half of the cheese
put it all together back in the wooden package
bake in a medium oven for about 5-10 minutes

when it comes out its all nice and gooey
goes well with some fresh French bread and cranberry sauce...

Manchego is my favourite cheese in the world!

Out of UK supermarkets Sainsbury's does the best Manchego IMO - either from the counter or pre-packed.

Either that or Burrata - a young mozzarella filled with cream. Not sure if you can get it easily in the UK but easy to find in Italy.

Cheese "sauce"/topping on toast - a very quick, easy, thick and cheesy topping for toast. BETTER THAN CHEESE ON TOAST!

In a non stick pan, place thin slivers of cheese (enough for a slice of toast) and a dash of milk (about 2-3 tablespoons)....just to wet base of pan. A touch of cayenne pepper brings out the taste of the cheese.

Place on a low heat and stir constantly with wooden spoon. At first it looks like it congeals, but - with stirring - becomes a thick, moreish cheesy topping to pour onto your toast. (Doesn't need to be buttered). Divine!

I love Boursin, despite the evil garlic breath it gives you! It's yummy on baguette, as you say, but I also use it to stuff chicken breasts before wrapping them in parma ham or streaky bacon and baking. Yummy!

I bought some Mull of Kintyre the other day to try. It's a strange cheddar. Strong tasting and waxy.

Tesco's 3 year Canadian cheddar is insanely strong and crumbly.

I love Manchego. The Tesco Finest stuff is great but I have only seen in in their Chrismas cheeseboards.

I love cheese. My favourite though is Stilton, always have some in the fridge.
Sainsbury's sell one made by Tuxford & Tebbutt Creamery, the best I have tasted They do a nice Shropshire Blue too .

I also like a cheddar made by Keen's, has an earthy taste, very different but very nice.

Mexicana cheese from Ilchester, oh and Marmite cheese also made by the same company

Now I have to go to the fridge and get some cheese mmmmmm
