This could be great if true! S3 could get Jelly Bean release in Q4 of this year!

I've upgraded from the original Galaxy (which I loved) despite it being clunky and slow at times.

Not seeing a huge difference. Screen is great but battery life is no better than the the original Galaxy. Quite poor even.

S Voice is intriguing. Had a play around with it and it does pick up my dulcet Geordie tones (unlike Siri!)

One niggle for me is that Sky Go doesn't work on the S3 yet.

I received my SGS3 today, I had high hopes while waiting and I must say it is a lot better than I expected. The screen is just beautiful! Everything is so clear!

There must be something wrong with your SGS3 than because I, like you, upgraded from the SGS1 and the battery life is far and away superior.

The SGS3 has a brilliant battery as far as I am concerned. How much life are you getting from it and what is your average usage? (i.e are you on the web all day)?

for those of you who are in need of a screen protector i recommend this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1906926463...ht_1928wt_1185

IMO it makes the screen look better

I'm just using the official flip case on mine. I find that I don't really need a screen protector with that, cos when it's not in use the screen is covered anyway. I thought it was quite handy.

It's being updated the end of this month to work with ICS.

And the unoffical version works most of the time for me at least.

It's just a bit buggy. If you can live with the odd crash / can't get stream type of thing then go for that for now

Another OTA/Kies update which changes a few UI things and stability.

You'll notice now you can change brightness in the notification menu and the power menu has changed a bit.

Don't remember changing any settings but now when I receive a message my screen wakes up and turns on instead of just having the led flashIng. Anyone knew how to change it back?

Really? Even my s2 screen didn't wake up for a message. Just had the notification, It's only started happening today.

One good thing about the update, now my volume control button that has never worked on my headphones works. I thought it was broken just couldn't be bothered ringing up and getting them replaced.

Have you tried a factory reset? That usually sorts any problems I think I'm going to try one to sort messages out later. Sometimes updates do mess up a little.

Absolutely loving this phone! Puts my old 4S to absolute shame in terms of everything.

The only one thing im having an issue with is connecting it to my PC since yesterdays update. The ICS MTP driver refuses to install...

Kies air is fine though.
