Really surprised at the reaction to (more) Jed Secrets here. You don't have to like it or read it, but some of what's being said sounds suspiciously like some of the hate we all rail against as 'unfair' when directed at Jedward in general...

Incidentally I saw a really funny (to me anyway) comment from an American on one of the youtube videos. It just said:

Of course! It's just the way the responses to it have been worded that have struck a cord with me, is all. I'm not debating the merits or otherwise of the site, or the fact that your words should never be copied by others, no matter where it is!

I'd like to think that those who are active on tumblr in those sites are welcome here too (not personally, I don't actually like it either), and the 'juveline' and 'ew' comments were a bit too judgemental for me - and it really struck a cord given the stuff directed at J&E. But that could just be me, of course - if I were active there and saw that in here, I would think I'm not welcome, and I'm just trying to say that's not the case, which I'm sure we all agree with! /overly longwinded way of saying everybody's welcome

I love posting here because as adult discussion about all thinks jedward. I love viewing twitter but would never join it's full of haters and kids who all are interested in saying is how hot the jeds are not seem to be bothered about another aspect of their career (I know that's just a small precentage and jed fans on twitter are genuine jedheads) but I just prefer a more varied debate obviously i find j and e extremely attractive especially Edward i am a female with a pulse That's not the only reason I'm a fan I love everything about them starting from the talent all the way to their deep love of animals

For the record, my take is that the whole point of the 'secrets' is it's meant to be the deepest, darkest, weirdest stuff that Jedfans might think, so others can look at it and think they're not weird.

I'm assuming it's mostly teenagers, because some of the stuff on there is what I would have thought when I was a teenager.

Which is why it's bothering me a bit that everyone seems so shocked by it. There's a lot of weird stuff out there on the web, it just is what it is, and it's really comforting for some people (which is why the rush to judgment is bothering my inner, depressed teenage self). To me, it should be let to be what it is, unless of course someone steals what you're saying and puts it there, in which case, not cool!

That's the problem with the Internet it's faceless so people can live out all sortS of weird stuff but when it's about the jeds it f me off because like u said what if their mum reads it or worse of all them. There are always going to be sick weirdo about but the Internet gives them a faceless voice but IN their eyes it was victimless but it isnt the jeds Are human and have feeling
too.

I feel for the jeds sometimes yes they have chosen to be famous and all the good stuff that comes with that but when the time comes when they want to get girlfriends I get the feeling they might hold back because they think they might lose fans which is a shame. One direction the wanted jls and Jb all have or had girlfriends and their fans don't seem to mind so I hope the same will happen to the jeds
They seem worried about even putting a girl in a video but if you are a true fan stuff like that shouldn't bother you
