For any Kate Bush Fans... NEWS!
Apparently according to one of my twitter followers, Kate has been spotted in London filming a new video with Jude Law! It's for a remix edit of Running Up That Hill. Apparently according to the person that was working on the video, it's got a dance feel to it and is very good. Rumour is that there will be a new album this year with old and new tracks... Almost like a greatest hits I would imagine... anyway, just thought you would like to know... You may now continue with your lives. lol

I love Kate Bush but i dislike it when artists mess around with their hits by changing them slightly.

Obviously at the minute the only thing that is certain its the RUTH remix but the person who told me was tweeting someone on the video shoot and they were under the impression there will be a new album. I have no idea if this will definitely be new and old material mixed together but thats what my follower was told. It could be another Director's Cut or it could be a greatest hits with new tracks, or maybe a new album. The date Sept 6th is rumoured to be a release date of the single but I would keep an eye on Katebushnews as they will have details when things come to light. or check Kate's official website. I am excited either way. Personally I love Aerial but I do crave a bit of crazy Kate like the material on The Dreaming... I'll be happy either way though

Hahaha thanks. I would add the picture on here if I knew how but I don't think you can can you if it's been sent as a tweet?
Also I had heard about what Tori Amos is doing. I was tempted to get tickets but I couldn't really pay out £120 for 2 tickets as I have already seen Kylie, Carrie Underwood, Pam Ann so far this year and I have Darren Hayes, Sarah Millican, Kelly Clarkson and Robyn yet to see. I need to curb my spending. lol |

go onto the person he replied to profile and it's on there. (: I was tempted to get Tori Amos tickets but I've spent a fortune on Madonna and Patti Smith. I still might get some tickets in a few weeks though..depending on the state of my bank balance. |

Yeah she is and her tickets were cheap. I could be wrong but I am sure I paid £25 a ticket... Which was why I got them. Thought it would be rude not to. lol... I looked at RAH too and believe me I was sooooooo tempted! Carrie Underwood was there the other week and she was amazing. I have seen Tori once but her tickets go so bloody fast

Hmm, I remain skeptical because I know how much Kate doesn't like to look back at her old work and the Director's Cut project was a one off. Nothing has been confirmed by Kate Bush News, usually the best source of information. I know she's having her studio revamped in prep for new material next year but I'll probably have to wait until someone more official confirms this Running Up That Hill rumour. Either way, how intriguing!

If its good I don't see the problem. Would love to see another version and spin from Kate on Running Up that Hill. The recent live cover by Bo Bruce on the Voice shows just how good and timeless this song is. Will it be good? hope so.

Thanks for posting this. I've loved anything Kate Bush has done, since first hearing Wuthering Heights, so lonng ago I don't like to admit it.
Running up That Hill has always been one of my favourites; well, TBH, Hounds of Love is one of the greatest albums ever recorded , and if she manages to get something even remotely as great as the original then it really is something to look forward to.

Any bit of kate news is just wow!
Hope this pans out. I love the 12 inch version and also like Placibo's versions and also Kiki Dee's which both have different takes. Go Kate! |

Certainly, she could still be described as a beautiful woman (or perhaps this is a case of her always being that gorgeous being, drawing a bow, from the Running Up That Hill photo sleive ).

Running Up That Hill was the 1st single by a female artist to go straight into the UK Top 10.
