Well, How hard is it, If a PPV event is shown for free (sky sports) then of course the overall international buy rate is going to be down.

and thats the bottom line cause Homer said so

Mexico is meant to be WWE second biggest PPV market thesedays.

WWE Over the Limit 2012 was about 34% down on international buys on last year. Both PPVs were on Sky Sports over here. The heel boss getting a beat down has been popular with US viewers, if the buyrates to St Valentine's Day Massacre 1999, Starrcade 1998 and Survior Series 2003 are anything to go by.

They were comparing it to last year's numbers and seeing as that wasn't on Box Office over here either, the difference has to be other international markets.

The NXT Divas match was actually shockingly physical. I'm liking this and it may be the direction they're going in seeing as they've been signing indy women to developmental deals recently.

Finished watching Smackdown this morning and it was good to see Drew Mcintyre get a tv spot. I was surprised it was on the Smackdown that Teddy was the GM seeing as Teddy fired him earlier this year. It would of been interesting if Teddy had told him that he didn't agree with big Johnny re-hiring him and if he didn't win his match he was fired again with his opponent being Ryback.

They need to move away from the Kelly Kellys of the world and to proper wrestlers. That bimbo can barely run the ropes.

So true. I really hope this is the beginning of something, and that Kelly really enjoys her hiatus and decides to stay far away

I'd rather see a bunch of Kelly Kelly's that have been properly trained than a bunch of 'roided up Beth Phoenix's... *cough* BLOKE! *cough*

- As noted before, Bray Wyatt (Husky Harris) confirmed on Twitter that he recently suffered a torn pec. F4Wonline.com reports that he will be undergoing surgery soon and should be out of action for about six months. He may also have some shoulder problems taken care of. Wyatt indicated on Twitter that he won’t be missing any NXT episodes.

With Bret Hart being officially confirmed for the 1000th episode of Raw (http://www.wwe.com/events/wwe-presents-raw-supershow-19), I was thinking about other Superstars who may return for the 1000th episode. I think that we will see Undertaker, HBK, Edge, The McMahon family, Stone Cold, Rock (whether he appears in person or via satellite), JBL, Jim Ross and Ted DiBiase. Who do you think will appear?

For me it has to be

The new age outlaws
DX
Goldust
Edge

I would like to see them honour the wrestlers who have passed on, might take some time though

Kelly Kelly is piss poor in the ring, crap on the mic, constantly has a blank expression and I also question her attractiveness since to me she's just a generic thin blonde. I would think a wrestling fan would rather see actual wrestlers. The eye candy element can't the selling point, since internet porn is easily accessible, and you don't have to sit through a badly wrestled match in order to get your fix.

Goldust was released a few months back. I don't think they'd call him back, but that's just me.

Not enough time to get your fix unless you're a one pump chump who wraps up in less than a minute or two. It's just for the live attendance and even then most of them leave.

I wouldn't say she's piss poor. Some of her PPV matches last year were passable imo and all the divas are much much better at house shows. I was surprised.

I don't watch wrestling just for the matches. It's more the storylines, characters and theatrics that I enjoy.

True, but the storylines, characters and theatrics fundamentally are based on wrestling, which is the culmination of all angles. I can understand people preferring nice looking women, but if it's at the expense of actual in-ring action, I question why a person just wouldn't watch any other TV show featuring nice looking people, without the need to see them wrestle.

True.

I do fell for the divas though. What would be their incentive to improve their in ring skills? They would still be treated like crap and subjected to two minute slots on TV including entrances.

That's why the division needs more serious treatment. There's no upside to having crap, short segments mocked by the announcers

I doubt it'll ever happen. The divas only make a short appearance on the show so WWE can advertise their male products that sponsor the show. Notice how the 'Raw is sponsored by.........' is shown when the divas are on screen.
