Why am I not surprised at ITV maniupulating the storyline so Marlon can play the big hero and offer Ashley sanctuary? And who in God's name do they think they're fooling with this Marlon talking about going to New Zealand? Marc Charnock sucks and this is the only acting job he can get. If he could he would have been gone by now. The good actors are leaving one by one and all we're being left with is the garbage.

Good post. Is it me or does Marlon just hang around like an oaf with no purpose? Ever since he lost Tricia, he has jumped from crisis to crisis. His pairing with Saint Laurel is about as inspiring as Gennie and Nikhill - terrible.

I think this storyline is going to make viewers hate Moron and Laurel even more than they do. Moron is going to take Ashley in and is also going to be

so if they end up

then viewers sympathy is going to be with Ashley.

nooooo!! is this is what is going to happen?? that's it-if dopy Marlon-or Moron-i like that name is going to end up the hero i'm not watching anymore-i cannot bare his character and i blame Ashley been the way he's ended up cos of this silly affair between the 2 characters Marlon and Laurel-you've ruined my night now!

This is probably going to happen. ED has become so predictable

Alot of people think Emmerdale is great at the moment. I am one of them. I think it has the best storylines and the better actors. Who wants to see who Kat has dropped her knickers to this time, the acting is terrible,and really its awful. In Corrie its a boring cab war story. Emmerdale wins for me everytime.

Well seeing as there ISN'T a Maurel thread on here supporting the pairing unlike The Waiting For Genhill thread, it would seem one pairing has A LOT more fans than the other (which doesn't look like having any if a very few fans!!)

i started watching emmerdale again just as the laurel and marlon thing started, i feel like the only one who actually wanted them to be together haha
