depends really on the processor,RAM,Graphics card in it etc.
Some Lappys can manage things like Skyrim others struggle with Morrowind.
The original Sims game is pretty low demand, I reckon youll get a copy on ebay for about 20p these days or get the big yellow boxed bumper edition that they released a few years ago.
check on compatibility first though with 7 and 64 bit edition especially.

We need more information than Toshiba with Windows 7. Toshiba make budget laptops that will just manage games like Football Manager but they also make laptops that will manage Skyrim on highest settings.

If you can find the model number someone should be able to give you a rough idea of what games it can manage.

Cards or Dominoes. Just make sure the lid is firmly closed first.

The only two games that get hammered on my are Football manager and Online poker.

You could always try Onlive.

Download "Steam" and try out some demo's. That was the advice given to me.

I have a toshiba satellite lappy, core i7, 4gb ram, 1gb graphics card. It runs sims3, footy manager, starcraft 2 with ease at the highest graphics settings.
