Bully for her.

Peter might have been a selfish pig but Saint Leanne is still a vile, nasty, hypocritical, sanctimonious cow and I wouldn't want my kid around someone like her.

Most of the time, Curly is as rude and as unpleasant as his pretend mother.

Leanne was quite blatant about Nick being second best when she moaned to him about having to watch Peter and Carla together, but having Peter begrudge her "any chance of happiness'.
If she loved Nick, she wouldn't resent Peter with Carla, she'd think she'd had a lucky escape and was now with the one she was meant to be with. His alarm bells should ringing.

But maybe they'll change her personality again, eh.

So after last night's ep, when we saw Peter turn to the bottle yet again, (as he will always do), not mention turn against Carla, and
Spoiler
, have any of the 'but Peter is is his real father' brigade had a change of heart about where Simon's best interests lie?

His best interests would be in maintaining a good, close relationship with a father who loves him, that's for sure. Leanne is spiteful and capricious and Nick is an unknown quantity where kids and commitment are concerned, so they're not a safe bet either.

Not really OJ, he's just been reduced to the crumbling desperation that Leanne's bullying campaign set out to do.

Despite getting what she wanted, she's continued to chip away and chip away until she's completely destroyed the guy.
I fully expect her to have his business next.

God help Simon if he ever displeases her.

Precisely.

If I was Peter there is no way that smug hypocritical frump would stop me from seeing my kid.

I hardly think her husband shagging her best mate is 'getting what she wanted'!

Crazy.

Ah right, so it was Leanne that turned him into a hopeless, self-pitying, nasty, lying, bigamist, son-endangering, cheating alcoholic was it? Must have missed that ep.

Do we have to list Leanne's crimes and character failings again?

Curly is not the only one Saint Leanne has brainwashed.

I do miss Blanche, I think she'd have some cutting things to say about the party at the bistro.

No we don't, because she has never been and never will be a raging, son-endangering alcoholic, unlike Peter. Whatever she, or he, have done in the past, this alone is the reason that Peter is not fit to look after Simon. (Not to mention that Peter is the only one making poor Simon's life a misery and Simon hates the thought of having to live with Peter).

Let me guess? Vile, hypocritical, smug cow who's an ex prostitute, druggie and arsonist? Oh and also throw in 'Saint Leanne' to finish it off.

That will be repeated over and over, don't worry.

I'm glad that's all sorted then.

I meant the jumpers, but thanks for clarifying.
