Oh well I have gone and done it now! I entered my first 10K run - the Great Ireland Run 10K in Dublin..... Those Jedward chaps don't half inspire us to do some things eh??

Ah well it isn't until April so I have lots of time to prepare....

Why is it the hired help eg security guards also complain about the jeds but the powers that be eg producers are nothing but posative about them maybe it's the fact that security guards have to get off their fat butts and do their jobs for once

Actually I'm quite glad to have found out, because I don't think I could have stood the suspense. The Eurovision semi-final nearly killed me!
