I highly doubt that there's going ot be any further L.A. Noire DLC, the game has been out for well over a year now and the last DLC came out last year i think. Not to mention that the original developers are now disbanded (iirc) and Rockstar have moved onto supporting Max Payne 3.

I've done it number of times, on many steam accounts none are have been banned. More recently I got Just cause 2 and tomb raider guardian of light and another game from Amazon. That was on the 21st of May no ban. I doubt very much they would ban.

You've got a away with it so far, it doesn't mean it's safe to do. Steam rarely ban accounts but I know for a fact they do for this sort of thing.

The games are bought from an entirely different website and your using serial codes. Serial codes aren't linked to countrys and you could quite easily have been giving these codes from a family member who lives in America.
