Games you have never played that everyone raves on about?

I've never played a Modern Warfare or Call of Duty game before. They just don't interest me.

I've been playing video games ever since I was 7( born in 1985 and started playing in 1992) and the one game I never got my head round and just does not interest me is any Zelda games.

There was a guy I talked to who was almost drooling about Diablo three. Although he mumbled a lot that for about 3 weeks I thought he was saying iPad three.

Bioshock 1&2 (both of them on the shelf, just never ever played)

Fallout series (well 20 mins into it, hated it - althought I quite like RPG games like KOTR and Skyrim)

Oblivion (Is it wise to go back to this after Skyrim?)

Games I've never played......

Bio Shock 1 and 2 are both great . Know what you mean re Fallout, I hated it.

Worth a punt, especially GOTY with all the DLC included. It is a lot more "other worldly" which I didn't like a great deal, but the Blades are cool instead of the incompetent morons they are in Skyrim

Super Mario Galaxy (Wii).


I bought it when it came out, and it has sat on the shelf in its wrapping ever since.

I love the old Mario games on the NES/SNES/N64, but I've just never had the urge to actually play Galaxy. I think the Wii just puts me off for some reason.

Very individual thing. Some people love it. I usually love this sort of game, but for some reason I can't put my finger on..its doesnt do it for me..its ok at first, but then I start getting really bored.
Which is weird because games like Oblivion and fallout 3/NV are my fav ever, I still replay them a lot. Skyrim?, never feel like replaying it.
As I said, I cant really put in down to anything in particular..I just get bored.
