TakTalk TV problem - slow complaints service

I reported a problem to TalkTalk Customer Services on the 8th July. After (eventual) discussions with a Team Manager and my insistence on getting priority service, it was eventually logged in for attention by their CEO's office, which supposedly is for 'urgent' treatment.

I'm still waiting for a call from them, despite several calls to customer service and resulting promises to bring my complaint, again, to the CEO's office attention.

It seems to be impossible to get in touch with the CEO's office myself, and in the meantime I'm stuck with a malfunctioning set top box.

In my discussions with TalkTalk I was advised that the problem may well be associated with changes to feeds associated with the new YouView project, resulting in my not being able to receive my regional BBC programmes.

I find it hard to believe that if this is the case I am the only one suffering in this case, but can find no way round it, even with a replacement STB.

Does anyone have knowledge of any way to get in touch with the CEO's office, please?
