I've had mine for a week now and I absolutely love it. The screen is just beautiful, the camera is perfect (even the front camera is great quality HD), browser is extremely fast, battery life is fantastic, audio is loud and clear, in-call quality is very clear, I could go on but overall this is the best phone I have ever had and I couldn't imagine a better phone.

I would just roll back to before the update, get the rom from xda and reflash. it may just be a app that you have interfering or not liking something samsung have tweaked. Do you have any apps relating to calls?

Skygo
scratch that, it's now insisting on an update - then refusing to download it due to compatibility issue

Anyone noticing poor 3G reception with the SGS3, the 2G reception is as good as my N8, but the 3g isn't, places with full bars on the N8, the SGS3 flickers between no reception and 1 bar. Tmobile sim in both phones, connected to same mast.

Have to say it's pretty amazing. It could well render my tablet obsolete.
Any of you got skies working in windows 8? |

Battery life is really good. I've found provided I let it run fully out before charging it lasts anything upto 2 days and I use the internet quite a lot. I had it on ! a couple of nights ago so left it running inbetweeners on video so I could flatten it to charge it over night it was still on for a good half hour.

Having played with one I have to say I can't see any benefit of quad core over dual core and to be fair im struggling to see what benefit dual core has over single core on an android handset. The screen seemed pretty dull to me even turning it up full blast it wasn't that bright, I hated the button layout and the physical button is a right load of old toss. The design is very poor, as much as im anti apple the iPhone 4 design is so much nicer and for 500 quid Samsung should have made it from metal. Best thing about it is the high capacity battery

One of my close friends uses ss3 and i like its design. in the beginning i had thought the phone has good design but later was very disappointed with its underperformance. I don't know about iphone 4s but iphone 5 and my blackberry can definitely beat it

How did you compare the performance between a ss3 and your blackberry? |

First of all every blackberry on the planet is underpowered and absolutely rubbish, Secondly not one person on the planet other than Apple know what the iphone 5 looks like or its specs. So, off you pop now... |

I've had about month now, and do think it's great phone. However can't seem to replace Galaxy Note with it. I think it's mostly down to me not being able get used to a smaller screen . I think might sell it and put the money aside for the Galaxy note 2,
