By the very same judge who said Samsung Tablet was not cool enough.
I always sensed he knew what he was doing and certainly must agree that the whole court shenanigans was just part of their marketing exercise. It does have the feel of being told to sit in the corner of the classroom. Maybe Apple can throw the word 'cool' into their statement? |
