Kept a frozen meal in the fridge by mistake!

It's been there two days, a chicken dinner ready meal. Will it still be okay to eat?

Should be fine as long as you heat it through thoroughly.

it will be fine, might effect the texture a bit as they mostly designed to be cooked from frozen. And you may need to reduce cooking time slightly.
