Probably Alexandra and Beyonce. That was just amazing.

I loved Leona and Take That too (especially after when Gary told Simon how good Leona is and he must take time with her album)

Matt and Rihanna was brilliant. Really good performance.

I liked Leon and Kylie too!

I would say Alexandra and Beyonce would probably been the best duet. But I also thought that Stacey Solomon and Michael Buble, Matt Cardle and Rihanna & Little Mix and Tulisa were all brilliant also

Alex singing with Beyonce was a great TV moment.

I don't even remember the Ray and Westlife duet What did they sing?

My favourites have been:

Alexandra/Beyonce - one of the best XF moments
Matt Cardle/Rihanna - a brilliant performance
Leona Lewis/Take That - again, loved this
Stacey Solomon/Michael Bublé - loved the chemistry between the two, their voices went so well together

The Beyonce duet has to win. Not because of the quality of the duet as Alexandra Burke went completely to pieces, but the star power of Beyonce. She was very gracious and genuine unlike Christina Aguilera who looked like she really wanted to be somewhere and anywhere else.

Has Robbie really done two of these?

Would have loved to see Niki Evans duet of 'Fairytale of New York' with James Blunt if she had made it to the final. Can't believe she was beat by just 17 votes!

Tulisa towering over Little Mix at Wembley...that just made me laugh a lot

I voted Alexandra and Beyonce...the last time someone of Beyonce's fame level will be on X Factor's stage haha

Tbf, I'm not surprised she was that way. I'm a fan of Rebecca's but it was not a great peformance on her part (forgetting her lyrics and generally looking starstruck to the point where she was just mumbling the words and looking at the floor and occasionally looking up at Xtina to smile at her).

Beyonce and Alexandra Burke for sure.

Even that though that amazing performance (minus the Alexandra's awkwardness after it was over, which I'll forgive her for!) was on X Factor, I would've mentioned in it in a similar thread about American Idol -- because it was just that good. On that note, if you haven't seen it, this performance on the American Idol finale might have overtaken or tied Alexandra/Beyonce in my mind: Jessica Sanchez and Jennifer Holiday - And I'm Telling You I'm Not Going

Matt & Rihanna
Alexandra & Beyonce

George Michael & Joe - Joe was great but George was similar to Xtina Aguilerra imo, only there for his own promo and not interested in giving anything to Joe.

What made Matt & Rihanna so good was her generosity to Matt in her performance and the fact that he was clearly so turned on by her. The combination really made for a hot performance.
