Yeah I'm curious to find out what is the best tablet in the £200 range...am still contemplating on whether to pick the Nexus but ideally would like a tablet with USB access...

if memory card important, then prob the Galaxy Tab 2 7".
http://www.t3.com/reviews/samsung-ga...b-2-7-0-review If you can do without, the Nexus 7 beats the Galaxy Tab in every other department. http://www.androidauthority.com/goog...b-2-7-0-98062/ |

I didn't think the Nexus 7 the 3G, that the OP required.

It's pretty obvious fact that both 3G connectivity and SD card slots usually increase the price of a product, and personally I don't think a decent tablet with all those features even exists at the price point the OP is asking for, so in my view the Nexus 7 is a reasonable alternative. Plus if you have a phone capable of Wireless Hotspot, then is 3G really even necessary unless for price plans/other contract limitations on your phone....?

I myself was not wanting to go much over £200 for a tablet. Had the Nexus 7 abou 24 hours now and apart from it not having flash player im very happy with it so far. Im also getting a case for it from Amazon that should arrive in the next 3 or 4 days. Darren |

I've got a pre-order in for this http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B...ls_o01_s00_i00
- it looks to tick all the boxes, although 3G is external. Probably won't need it, though. And the price is very low. |

We don't know when or if this item will be back in stock. It also dont say the price. The nexus 7 comes with the new Andriod 4.1 Jellybean that only came out a few weeks ago. Darren |

I got my order in before they ran out - now waiting for delivery. Cost me £99. There are several others on Amazon for about the same price.

On the face of it they look good value IPS tablets for £100. 8" is probably the ideal size for 1024x768 resolution. |
