Selling Games

Hi all, I'm sat here looking at my PS3 collection, and wondering whether I should sell a few games - however I just can't part with them!

Games like LA Noire, Max Payne 3, and RDR. I know I'll probably never play them again, but I'm sad to see them go!

I'm thinking of selling some to buy a 3DS.

Am I just a hoarder? Does anyone else keep games for the sake of it?!

Yes I find very difficult to sell games. The only time I've ever sold a lot is when the Ps3 was coming out and sold like half My PS2 library to pay for.

I know I'll never play half the titles I'm thinking of selling, but it's just hard to part with them. But then I think, for the money I get for them, I'll be getting something I'll get more use out of.

I know full well when the PS4 is about to come out, I'll sell half of what I have to pay for it lol

Hard to do but when money is tight and new games come out I really have no choice. Saying that I regretted parting with LA Noire and had to buy it back a month or so later.

I have a PS2, unplayed for a year, with about 25 games. Most of which I have on PC too. I should sell mine.

Is sold RDR and The Sabouteur recentley, but I loved them just needed to get more space. But in a few months when they are dirt - cheap I may well buy them back

I'm a little bit of a games hoarder, I currently have over 110 PS3 games and 160+ PS2.

i sold uncharted 1+2, red dead and realised i shouldn't have sold them. have got back uncharted 1+2 but still waiting for red dead to go down in cex a bit before i buy it back. definitely won't be getting rid of those again.

I've also found i've been buying back ps2 games i used to play.

I really need to have longer thinks before i decide to sell games that aren't the latest pro evo or nhl

I still have hundreds of SNES and Megadrive games all boxed and in prestine condition.

Some of the games are worth upwards of £80 but I'll never sell them.

Unitil recently, I has a snes and 12 games, nes with 15 games, 2 mastersystems and 30 games, 4 megadrives (2 MD1 and 2MD2) and 80 games, Sega Saturn with 22 games, Dreamcast with 17 games, 2 Ps1 (original and PSONE) with 120 games, Ps2 with a mere 47 games, x box with 104 games, 360 with 65 games and incase i got bored a ps3 with only 197 games.

After realising they were just gathering dust, I painfully sold some off. (when I say painfully, i mean the misses kept nagging and nagging and I eventually agreed as long as she got rid of some shoes - Thought I would win, and she would back down, but no she agreed We both had a clearout but now she apparently needs some new boots, AND I NEED A NEW GAME)

Sold the mastersystems, nes, dreamcast, PSONE and most of the ps1 games, sega saturn and 360. Still got plenty to go with and don't miss the consoles or games given they can be replicated on the pc - the cash can't lol!!!

I'll only sell them if I know for sure I will never play them ever again.
When I got rid of my ps1 and ps2 games I kept all my final fantasy games and the others that may be valuable one day.

I find it hard to sell games but when I do I forget I ever owned them. I especially sell games that are a single player story experience. I just know I`ll never play those again.

Actually if you have or plan on ever getting a PC sell your consoles games now. Better versions of the games you mentioned can be had on PC and games I sold in the past are now showing up dirt cheap on Steam.

I'd keep hold of them, you never know how valuable they could be in 20-30 years time.
