Who ever truly knows what that company are up to, they remind me of the Scientology cult the way they operate.

Not sure exactly what this app does and why Apple decided to stop new downloads of it. But there are basic app permissions coming in iOS 6. e.g. you get asked if something requests access to your contacts. Currently all that is offered in iOS 5 is a request to use your location if an app requests it. Seems this app was more comprehensive and reported what apps requested your browsing history etc.

However it's no way as comprehensive as Android, which reports in great detail what every app wants permission to do at the time of installation.
