Agree unfortunately, was a really poor episode with some very average matches, what happened with the Anderson/Styles ending? looked as though Anderson was meant to grab Styles' legs but missed and Styles flipped over anyway and got pinned wtf?

Shame that Velvet has gone from TNA. They could have turned her heel I suppose, but I guess there's not a lot more they could do with the character as it stands.

One of the changes is an attempt to get people who were on weekly guarantees to switch to per appearance contracts because money is tight, which has hurt morale overall because there was a feeling of optimism about creative and the future with going live weekly, and the next thing talent gets is signs of money being tight and pay cut back. Bruce Prichard is in the bad guy position of having to negotiate the new deals.

Bully Ray, Devon and Velvet Sky’s deals are all coming due shortly. Both Bully Ray and Devon are set to expire in one month. Bully Ray is actually a far more valuable player in the company that most realize. Besides being a great heel, he’s also involved in booking meetings and as an agent in matches. Without getting into detail, he’s got a very good head when it comes to big picture stuff when it comes to how to work different matches in different situations that a lot of people aren’t good at. Plus, he’s in the middle of the Bound for Glory series that is suppose to last until September. Bully Ray got a new offer about a week ago and those in the company believe he is going to stay. Devon is the TV champion, although he’s not in the main mix. We didn’t get any kind of a positive or negative on where things stand with him. Not sure at their respective ages with their wrestling school if they’d want to go back to the WWE schedule or how interested WWE will be in them.

Bully Ray's character is too extreme for PG-WWE, and Devon is pointless without him. I would not hesitate to get rid of Devon and give the additional salary to Bully Ray if that was what had to be done to keep him.

That sounds like a reasonable compromise. You could even put the TV Belt on Ray as well.

The only way either of them would consider it is if they were offered a huge contract. I think it applies more to Angel because I certainly think she comes across more as someone who is proud of being able to work a decent match and the WWE isn't exactly renowned for having a strong women's division.

A lot of the Knockouts talk about never going to the WWE as their do not utilization the divas. If the WWE was to come calling thought and offered a Knockout mega wage I bet they would end up their and change their tune to "at least they compensate that with good pay".
