Was that scene at the begining with Ben and the Skitters on the roof meant to be before the Big Battle with the Mechs or is it something that is yet to happen.
Still can't decide if Old Red Eye is telling the truth about a Skitter rebellion or if it is all a pack of lies to manipulate the 2nd Mass for some reason. |

I thought the new episode was pretty amazing, tbh. I loved the fact they brought Karen back, it was kinda obvious that she was still in contact with the skitters, but I wasn't expecting her to take Ben with her.
The only bad thing about the episode, Connor Jessup's (Ben) acting seems to have gone EVEN worse! I really hope they kill his character off sometime during the show, because he's also becoming more and more un-likeable. New creatures in next weeks episode! ![]() http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMyephnrFWs |

Ye gods the second Mass deserve to die. No company that ill disciplined, badly run or just down right stupid would ever last long.
If they are our best hope against alien invasion I will take the opportunity to welcome our Fishhead overlord now. Gah. Don't know where to start with that episode. But we are definately entering 'Bonekickers' territiory. So truely awful, but compelling viewing none the less. I can not believe they got a third season ![]() On the plus side, Ben's acting improves immensly when in a scene with Karen as she is even worse than him ![]() Real plus side - Pope is back and looking goood Hopefully he'll stage a coup, throw out the Professor then forge an aliance with Red to overthrow the Fishheads.

2nd Mass back to making really stupid choices. Why the hell would they leave creepy Ben alone to guard Karen???
Guess the remaining episodes will be 1 long hunt - again - for one of the Mason boys

I'm really enjoying Falling Skies but sometmes I just wonder why!!!
EG this week's episode the 2nd Mass can find Ben without the aliens realising that they are tailing them yet last week we learned that Karen and Ben can hear what other people are saying? So if they can do that how come Karen doesn't hear Ben's Dad and the others while they are ambushing them??? Also what happened which the capture of the overlord? Instead of the mec and skitters defending the overlord, they just stop fighting and let him get caught? Did they not want to risk it getting killed in the crossfire? Surely giving up the overlord puts him in a worse position?? Seams to me if he's THAT important then they should just kill it/him? |

However, after their 'homage' to Screamers.....er...sorry I mean SG1's Replicators I'm not feeling overly generous. Just how did so many Screamers....I mean Replicators....er...little alien bugs get into Jamil? Did they all climb in his butt? And how did Matt escape them, he being human climbing vertically through pitch black air ducts vs bugs designed to seek out human butts? And one dodgy flame thrower later - gone. All of 'em. Bit of an anti climax ![]() Lordes personality change was a bit extreme. Yeah, I know loosing your bit of rough mechanic after everything else could be the final straw, but whole of her family wiped out - perky. Human race all but gone - quite chipper. Jamil the Spanner eaten butt first - little Miss Emo. And the ending. Well. You have a boy knowing at the very least you are heading to Charleston (though I never trusted Amilia Earhart - I think its a t.r.a.p. - did anyone even check her for spikes?) and a lot more besides - weaknesses and strengths. AND he has been taken over by the enemy more than once. And they just let him go. This potential asset and real threat. They just let go. Plus - he say's he knows what the aliens are all about & does Tom even ask - 'Hey Ben, that would be REALLY useful in our fight - to know what they are up to. Lets have a full debrief before you go'? No. He just gives his trademark constipated look and sends Ben on his way. I am currently getting my 'I Love Fishheads' T-Shirts printed 'cause were going to need 'em

Action-packed episode. Really enjoyable and advances the story quite a bit.
I even found myself rooting for Ben a bit

Remember the Aliens said to Tom that they had a place for all the humans to live when he was on board their craft.
My guess its Charleston . |

Looks like we were wrong about Charleston. They just keep on surprising us this season
Speaking of, Colonel Porter is alive!

I wonder how long Charleston will last after they tell yet another harnessed kid that its a modern Mecca.
Though I'm betting Charleston isn't what it seems. Either it'll be like the new government type place in Survivors or they're in league with the Fishheads. |

Maybe I've missed something but If Pope was captured by the Fish heads, why did they let him go and was he 'bugged'?
Was he seen as too 'low' on the food chain compared to the esteemed Professor? |

)? As I've said before, if it's a 'reservation' that would seem too obvious. |

It was off-camera.
And it was the episode 'Homecoming' (6th of current season) when he returns and mentions having communicated to a fishhead via the harnessed Karen. |
